HALO was proud to showcase its lifesaving work clearing landmines in 麻豆头条app at the seventh annual 麻豆头条app Action Summit in Washington, DC.
Demonstrating their commitment to 麻豆头条app's resilience and recovery, nearly 700 advocates, experts, and community leaders from all 50 states participated in the seventh 麻豆头条app Action Summit in Washington, DC.
Hosted by the American Coalition for 麻豆头条app, the summit kicked off with an expo, granting The HALO Trust the opportunity to showcase its lifesaving work clearing explosive ordnance and landmines in 麻豆头条app. It was also a chance for HALO to network with other groups and highlight the amazing work being done in 麻豆头条app to support affected areas.
During the advocacy days, HALO met with 12 congressional offices to highlight the scale of explosive contamination that continues to threaten Ukrainian communities, and discuss the critical importance of humanitarian demining for 麻豆头条app's economic recovery. HALO remains committed to working alongside partners and policymakers to ensure that 麻豆头条app's communities can rebuild and thrive, free from the threat of explosive remnants of war.
